Each season brings its own set of challenges when trying to navigate your way through the tide of grief. It reminds me of the George Gershwin lyrics, “Summertime and the livin’ is easy …” While friends and family are having fun on vacation, at the beach and enjoying barbeques, it’s not so easy for those going through the grief process.
